Information you share

When you contact AskHoya, we receive the name, email address, company (if provided), area of interest, and project details you choose to send. Please avoid including credentials, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information in an initial inquiry.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to respond to your request, arrange a discovery conversation, and discuss a potential engagement. We do not sell your inquiry information or automatically subscribe you to marketing communications.

Website and service providers

The website is prepared for hosting on Cloudflare Workers. When the web form is enabled, inquiry emails are processed by Resend and abuse-prevention request identifiers are processed by Upstash. These providers process information needed to deliver the website, send your inquiry, and protect the form. Hosting infrastructure may record technical request information such as IP addresses, timestamps, and browser details. The website does not include advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Email drafts

If direct form delivery is unavailable, the form prepares an email draft. Your email application opens the draft only when you select the email link, and you must send it yourself. Preparing a draft does not submit an inquiry to AskHoya.

Retention and your choices

We retain inquiry correspondence only as needed for responding, engagement discussions, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of the information you provided, subject to applicable obligations.
